Welcome to World Bird Sanctuary’s 1st annual Falconer’s Renaissance Faire! By participating in this event, you will be promoting your business and supporting the rehabilitation of injured birds of prey! This event will take our guests on a journey back in time to the charm of the 16th century. All art, craft, and food should tie into the Renaissance or anything “old-world” themed. Costumed apparel is not required by our vendors but encouraged.
All Vendor displays are expected to be attractive and professional. Artisans that are able demonstrate how they make their craft are encouraged to do so. This provides an entertainment and educational opportunity for our guests and draws attention to you!
Artisan Spaces: Tent/table spaces are a 10’ wide x 8’ deep footprint. 1 vendor per space only. All artisan vendor spaces will be located on our “display line”. The display line is a paved path where our permanent bird residents stay year-round. Artisan spaces will not have access to electricity. Please plan accordingly.
Food/Drink Spaces: Food/beverage vendors will be located on our “triangle”. The triangle is a central piece of land located on the left as you are entering the sanctuary. Access to electricity will be available.
Fees and Permits
Artisans: The cost per artisan vendor space is a flat rate for the weekend. Cost ranges from $50-$125 depending on the location. We cannot offer a discounted rate for 1 day only. Space is limited and expected to fill up quickly. After your application has been approved, we will send you a vendor map for pricing and location.
Food/Drink Vendors: All food/drink vendors will need to hold up-to-date permits and furnish documentation along with your application.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for questions regarding vending fees.
