Position:
World Bird Sanctuary is seeking a professional, customer service oriented individual to fill an available
part time position at our Welcome Kiosk. This position is scheduled for 3 days a week, 9am – 4:00pm,
on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. This position is paid by an hourly rate of $15.00 and reports to the
Guest Services Manager.
Responsibilities:
● Greet guests, respond to questions, and provide excellent customer service.
● Be outgoing and friendly.
● Collect admission fees and direct guests to their experiences.
● Provide general information on navigating the Sanctuary and any daily updates on
programming.
● Record daily visitor numbers.
Expectations:
● This individual is the first interaction our visitors have upon arrival at World Bird Sanctuary.
Being polite, professional, welcoming, patient and pleasant at all times is critical.
● Must be available to work weekends.
